THE EARLY DAYS
Since our story began, our primary goal has been to provide value to our client’s business. Our founders both owned companies in the Transportation and Logistics Industry.
Having that experience before starting Lean Solutions Group gave them a unique understanding and insight into operational gaps within the industry. They leveraged that knowledge to help clients with their back-office support.
STARTING SMALL
In 2012, we landed as ShipIntel Solutions in Cartagena, Colombia, with the mission to create the best and most seamless nearshore experience for U.S.-based companies looking to set up their satellite offices. Over time, we expanded our expertise, diversified industries, added new business solutions, and, in 2020, rebranded as Lean Solutions Group. This name change reflects our growth, adaptability, and comprehensive client solutions.
By working with us, operational costs would immediately reduce, and being in the same time zones, would provide an uninterrupted workflow, which was essential to our clients’ success
